Currently I am in my off-season, but I’m training more than ever before. I’m using this time to ramp up on swimming and cycling skills that were lacking last season to become a better overall triathlete. This means I spend 8 to 12 hours a week swimming, cycling, and running! My first triathlon is scheduled for May 15th, the Atlanta Iron Girl Sprint Triathlon, with several running events leading up to Tri season. I’ll be posting results along the way!
What's up Laura nice site. I just created my own. I'll fine tune it tonight. Good luck with everything. Here is my link http://2012olympicjourneylbw.blogspot.com/
